Vero Beach City Council met April 1, 2025, and approved a Riverside Theatre site-plan expansion and a rezoning of portions of Riverside Park to a P-3 community/special facility district; the council also adopted several ordinances and resolutions, heard public comment on tree removal and neighborhood sidewalks, and received an update on the city audit and staffing for finance.
