The Urbana Free Library Board of Trustees met on Nov. 11, 2025. The board approved the consent agenda (payroll and bills), passed an executive director succession plan, approved payment of an electric bill, heard a union public comment urging staff-focused budget decisions, received renovation and foundation updates, and voted to enter closed session to discuss collective bargaining under 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2).
