Pennington County Board of Commissioners met Dec. 2, 2025. Commissioners opened with a moment of silence and the pledge, approved routine consent items and liquor-license renewals, heard public comment urging full library funding, received a Stevens High School FFA presentation on urban encroachment, approved several sheriff vehicle purchases and a vehicle donation to the Humane Society, took questions and updates on bridges and road ordinances, debated utility permitting rules (continued to January), discussed proposed snow-removal/towing and nuisance ordinances (some amendments denied or continued), and continued library contract discussions to Dec. 16 for follow-up.
