Jennifer Hiraoka, senior manager for internal controls for the City of Oxnard, presented an update to the Finance and Governance Committee on the City’s Financial Corrective Action Plan (FCAP), reporting progress on corrective actions tied to the FY 2023–24 single audit and noting five unresolved findings remain. She recommended the committee receive the update and consider forwarding the presentation to City Council.
