LaSalle County Land Use Committee convened Dec. 3 to consider a subdivision variance for a family farmstead split, review inspections and permit activity including two 5 MW solar permits, discuss recycling/household hazardous waste program updates including the new PaintCare rollout and two recycling contracts, and recommend updates to the building permit ordinance and a SafeBuilt inspection contract to the county board.
