Livermore City Council on July 28 considered routine consent items, three public hearings on sewer billing and a development amendment, and debated re-adopting an amended disposition, development and loan agreement (DDLA) with Eden Housing for a 130-unit affordable project downtown; council approved the Eden Housing agreement 4- (4-1) and several other staff recommendations.
