The Nantucket Historic District Commission met Dec. 2 and reviewed a long docket of applications. The commission approved several color and fence requests but deferred major design decisions — including a proposed second‑floor deck and multiple large additions — for revisions after members raised concerns about visibility, scale and site engineering.
