The Town of Acton select board held a joint session with the Planning Board and Acton Community Housing Corporation to review MAPC's economic feasibility analysis for inclusionary zoning in the MBTA overlay districts. The boards gave staff guidance to pursue a tiered IZ approach and asked planning staff to return with refined options; the meeting also covered proposed changes to the town's 15% nonconforming-lot rule, a fire department pilot update, several permit votes and a capital-budget prioritization toward a ~3.25% target.
