The Apache Junction Unified School District Governing Board met May 27, 2025. The board adopted the meeting agenda and approved prior minutes, received routine member reports and a superintendent update that included introduction of a new athletic director and recognition of a student fundraiser that raised $506.04 for Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation, and opened the public-comment period where a commenter raised concerns about special-education staffing.
