Amelia County workshop: staff presented a short-term 2–3 year plan to address county facility space needs, proposing to reconfigure the administration building basement for the Registrar, repurpose the old animal shelter for Parks & Rec storage, add apparatus bays at multiple fire/EMS stations and build a Public Works storage building; staff will refine costs in the CIP and return for appropriation.
