The Alexandria Public School District board met in May for routine business and presentations. The board heard highlights of student achievements, community programs (Sewing Roots Childcare, Shenanigans), a buildings-and-grounds update, an artificial intelligence guidance presentation from a district task force, and approved a new audit firm and the final 2024-25 budget along with several personnel and policy items.
