At a Bronx community board Economic Development & Public Safety Committee meeting, members discussed alcohol license renewals for Los Primos (698 Allerton Ave.) and Mistel Restaurant & Bar (2314 Eastchester Rd.), a special New Year’s all-night permit request, and two cannabis retail applications (Holy Buds). The committee voted to forward no-objection letters for the alcohol renewals (Los Primos subject to a corrected all‑night form) and to send letters of objection for the two cannabis retail applications because community concerns were not addressed.
