Bow Board of Selectmen held a budget workshop Dec. 3 reviewing a proposed town budget that would raise the town portion of the tax rate to $4.91; the board discussed a proposed full-time fire administrative captain, police staffing and benefits, a larger solid-waste contract, ambulance revenues and follow-up data requests.
