The Cannabis Compliance Board met Feb. 20, 2025, and approved a slate of transfer-of-interest (TOI) requests, a management services agreement, a conditional consumption-lounge license and several waivers while staff briefed the board on pending cannabis-related legislation. Board members discussed unapproved past transfers and lingering questions about odor-control standards for outdoor consumption lounges.
