Receiver Nichols opened the Chester-Upland School District receivers meeting emphasizing fiscal recovery and payroll protections; the board introduced Chief Recovery Officer Dr. Eric Holmes, reviewed the recovery plan and UVA partnership, received community public comments on scholarships, transportation, and charter oversight, approved education, personnel and business agendas, and adjourned.
