The Parks and Recreation Subcommittee of Lowell City reviewed and approved a new tournament fee schedule that raises synthetic-field and other event fees, adds liability and trash/lighting/custodial charges, and recommends routing revenue toward park maintenance; the subcommittee voted 3-0 to support the schedule and will report to the full council.
