City of Broken Arrow leaders reviewed a proposed $415 million bond package that would not raise the property tax rate for propositions 1–7 and would include an optional half-cent temporary sales tax (proposition 8) for sports facilities; councilors also noted approval last night of a $250,000 COPS grant to fund two police officers and a construction contract to add a second brine tank at the water treatment plant.
