The Brookings Planning Commission held a public meeting to consider two land-use applications: a minor change to a short-term rental conditional use permit at 1244 Moore Street and a planned unit development and subdivision of a 5.09-acre parcel on Lundin Lane into 47 lots; both applications were approved with conditions.
