Concord City Council continued its Nov. 10 meeting on Nov. 24, 2025. Councilors heard a Memorial Field master-plan presentation and tabled that item to Dec. 8, then debated and approved a revised $41,000,000 appropriation for a new police headquarters after an amendment to reduce the previously proposed amount. The council also adopted a voluntary financial interest disclosure form from the Rules Committee.
