City of Dickinson staff led a contractor briefing call on the 2026 transportation projects RFP covering four projects: two mill-and-overlay street projects, an intersection analysis along State Avenue, and multiple roadway structure repairs. Staff answered contractor questions about sewer/storm CCTV, DOT involvement, easements, geotech schedule and interview timing.
