Easley City Council met on September 8 to consider a string of land-use and administrative items, most notably the first reading of a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) that would replace existing zoning and land-development regulations. Council debated accessory dwelling units, density limits, setbacks, buffers, traffic triggers and timing before moving on to budget, IT and other items and voting to enter executive session on a pending claim.
