Kalispell City Council held a regular meeting on Nov. 17, 2025; council approved a property boundary transfer to School District 5, set a hearing to amend the budget for central garage site/design work, approved an ordinance allowing the council to waive the city manager residency requirement through contract, and approved the consent agenda including a sewer rehabilitation contract and a proclamation supporting the Flathead Food Bank.
