Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission approved two preliminary plats for Shoreline Heights, recommended a rezoning along the Redoubt Avenue corridor to allow higher-density residential development, voted to request $250,000 be placed in the FY2027–2031 CIP for a comprehensive plan update, agreed to study tent camping rules at staff work sessions, and amended the late‑year meeting schedule.
