The Lake Oswego Planning Commission held a public hearing on proposed amendments to home-occupation rules and a new urban-agriculture land use, received public testimony, debated specific numeric limits (clients, vehicles, outdoor activity and hazardous-substance language) and voted 4–1 to recommend the package to city council with several items struck and urban agriculture treated as a conditional use.
