The Middleton City Council met Dec. 3, 2025, approved the agenda and several consent and action items, received an unaudited FY2025 financial update showing revenues above budget and large uncommitted project reserves, authorized pedestrian improvements near Middleton High School, approved a final plat for Willowwood Estates Phase 1, and considered property conveyance required by a 2023 agreement with the urban renewal agency.
