The Richmond City Board of Commissioners met to conduct routine city business including ceremonial recognitions, promotions and pinning of police and fire personnel, adoption of an updated alcohol licensing ordinance, first reading of an amendment to blasting-permit fees, several contract awards and grant approvals, and community updates including a new industrial park acquisition.
