Committee chair Kate Houston called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m., read the attendance roll (members present: vice chair Ooch; Molly O'Reilly; Reed Weber; Julie Perchinski; Katie Stapleton; Jennifer Hiller absent; Erin Billings expected later). A motion to approve the minutes from the previous meeting was moved and seconded and approved by voice vote.
The Sandpoint Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee met Nov. 15, 2025, to review a downtown bike‑parking inventory, consider an updated pedestrian‑priority street map for possible inclusion in the city multimodal transportation plan, and weigh design options for the Superior Street gateway. The committee moved to treat the priority map as a working draft and voted to support angled parking on Superior subject to separated pedestrian and bicycle access.
