Sandpoint Planning and Zoning Commission held a workshop on proposed amendments to lot-coverage and RM-density standards, discussed moving from a building-footprint limit to an impervious-surface standard to encourage small-lot infill and modest increases in multifamily capacity; commissioners asked for a simplified curve, raised frontage, parking and snow-storage concerns, and approved the consent calendar by voice vote.
