At its Nov. 17 meeting, the City of Saint Marys Council heard a lengthy defense from Tax Collector Charles Blom about the local services tax and an impending contract with Berkheimer, approved multiple local grant applications (including one to begin reconstruction of the community pool), adopted routine budget publication items and referred a proposed data-center ordinance to the planning commission.
