Sulphur City Council met Aug. 11, 2025. The council approved the 2025 property tax millage rates, heard and deferred a building condemnation while approving another, granted a zoning exception to allow a mobile home in a business district, approved a regional corridor memorandum of understanding and equipment bid advertisements, and recognized youth sports teams and longtime broadcaster John Bridges.
