The Yamhill Planning Commission held hearings on a variance for a 1,008 sq ft covered patio added without a permit at 360 S. Olive Street and on a proposed commercial exterior lighting code amendment (DCA 24-03). The commission continued the variance hearing to Dec. 15 to allow the applicant to provide written background; it recommended the lighting amendment be forwarded to city council.
