West Bend Park and Recreation Commission met Oct. 30 and approved a series of park improvements, donations and budget transfers, including moving the Full Circle sculpture out of the floodplain, a snowmobile route adjustment contingent on private-owner permission, and a $28,124.33 transfer to cover Westbury Bank Aquapark expenses.
