At its June 2, 2025 regular meeting, the Cleveland City Schools Board of Education adopted a five-year strategic plan, approved first readings of several policy updates, heard updates on school nutrition and AI use in classrooms, and passed a resolution asking the City of Cleveland to partner on funding and land acquisition for two new elementary schools (including consideration of a property tax increase).
