Xenia City Council met Nov. 25; council introduced a major change to the Timber Ridge PUD that would nearly double homes on remaining acreage, heard residents’ safety and traffic concerns, approved several ordinances aligning local codes with state law and adjusted fee schedules, and passed resolutions on write-offs, charter review appointments, and state legislation positions.
