The Town of Needham hosted the first of two public engagement forums on a proposed Street Design Guide. DPW staff and consultants from Toole Design explained the guide’s purpose—bringing consistency, clarity and accessibility to design across about 140 miles of local streets—and invited public input on goals, typologies and next steps.
