At its Nov. 20, 2025 meeting, the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board heard a presentation on the Louisiana Department of Educations newly released school and district accountability scores (district remains a C; district graduation rate reached a record 76.3%), recognized community partners and Adopt-a-Teacher awardees, approved the consent agenda (including several contracts and charter renewals), approved an industrial tax exemption request after public comment, and voted to uphold the superintendents recommendation in a student-expulsion appeal following executive session.
