The Holyoke City Public Service Committee met Nov. 20 and voted unanimously (3-0) to forward two mayoral appointments — David Owen to the Local Historic District Commission and Grant Schlossstein to the Board of Assessors — to the full City Council for final action. The committee also voted to refer Councilor Israel Riveras proposed mission, vision and core-values orders to DGR for further review; one agenda item was kept on the table.
