Norwalk City Planning and Zoning Commission heard three applications, continued a subdivision application to the January meeting to allow staff comments and soil testing to be addressed, approved a Lowe’s seasonal outdoor sales/storage plan, and approved a coastal site plan to raise a house at 6 Golden Court for FEMA compliance. Commissioners also discussed Mill Pond rental fees, parking concerns and building exterior details before adjourning.
