At its Dec. 10, 2024 meeting, the Morgan City Redevelopment Agency approved Resolution R2445, amending an economic development incentive agreement with Revaba Morgan LLC (doing business as Comfort Inn and Suites), after clarifying changes to payment timing and removal of a clause about year-to-year shortfalls. The vote was called and announced as unanimous; the meeting then adjourned.
