Passaic County Board of County Commissioners held a reorganization/recognition meeting on Nov. 17 that included proclamations honoring veterans and Assemblywoman Shavonda Sumter, a presentation on a new domestic-violence services contract for the county, recognition of youth leadership retreat participants, a sheriff's-office accreditation certificate presentation, and routine consent-vote business adopted unanimously.
