The Quincy Planning Board met Nov. 19, 2025. The board approved an 8-unit site plan at 3 Thayer Street with multiple conditions, continued two other hearings (42 Beale to January and 166 Independence to Dec. 17), granted a six-month extension for an affordable housing project on Winter Street, designated a planning board member to the Community Preservation Committee, and endorsed a consolidation plan for 24 Branch Street.
