Richland County Executive & Finance Committee reviewed several administrative items including an ambulance service study and municipal outreach, approved a hazmat equipment grant with a local match, moved multiple policies and fee updates to the full county board, created a facilities planning committee, and after closed session awarded a three-year corporate counsel contract to Russell Law Office Group.
