Town of Goshen board approved acknowledgments and several administrative items and spent the bulk of the meeting discussing a proposed intermunicipal water-service agreement with the City of Middletown (and a related plan to acquire Amy's Kitchen water infrastructure), heard a tax certiorari settlement proposal for 77 Main Street, and heard residents raise traffic, moratorium and comprehensive-plan concerns.
