Cutler Bay Town Council held its regular meeting April 16, 2025. The council recognized two citizens, received construction and road-project updates (Legacy Park notice to proceed; Frangill Road schedule), celebrated local public-works awards, heard a town-attorney update about a withdrawn 2% municipal-collections fee, approved the consent agenda, and took several public comments about neighborhood peacocks and street racing.
