Clerk called roll and opened nominations for board chair. Claire Cornell and Mark Gilliard were nominated; board voted separately on each nominee. After two rounds, Mark Gilliard was elected chair by a 3-2 vote; Claire Cornell was selected as vice chair (unanimous vote reported later).
