Chelsea Zoning Board of Appeals held a public meeting to consider a series of variances and special-permit requests for conversions and additions across multiple properties (Pearl Street, Broadway, Washington Ave, Library Street and others). The board voted to approve multiple petitions with standard planning-department conditions, continued one large Library Street proposal to the planning board and closed for the holidays.
