At its Dec. 10 meeting in Norwalk City, the AquaGuard Protection Agency accepted one reregistration for a vehicle repair business and held a show-cause enforcement hearing for LFP Auto Body at 18 Pearl Street; the agency upheld a cease-and-desist order but amended it to give the business six weeks to submit and implement a stormwater management plan.
