City of Concord officials and project consultants presented a proposed rehabilitation and partial widening of the Loudoun Road bridge to address structural deficiencies, improve safety and add a 12-foot shared-use path connecting the Merrimack River Greenway Trail; construction is targeted for 2027 with roughly 80% federal funding and 20% city match.
