Norwalk City Shellfish Commission met in December to approve minutes and committee reports, received updates on rainfall-driven shellfish closures and a local arrest for shellfish regulation violations, and approved a waterside bulkhead remediation at 108 Water Street with a required weighted turbidity curtain.
