Easly City Council heard public comment supporting a Dream Center program and unanimously approved an ordinance allowing limited educational use of hens by vetted nonprofits; the council also approved property conveyance, a rezoning, accepted roads, adopted an acceptable-use policy after an amendment, and made two planning-commission appointments.
